2. My friend is one of the people who was illegally foreclosed on. They sent her a notice

in the Fall telling her she was part of the settlement and she should file a request before January. She did not, as it was obvious this was an attempt to stop lawsuits against the Banks.

She just received the offer they made to her on her home. $800.00!! I am sure there are some people who are now so desperate they will probably accept these insulting offers, but my friend intends to sue Wells Fargo and the Steven Baum Law Mill (now out of business thankfully).

She would not have been able to sue if NY State Attorney Scheidermann had gone along with the first settlement in which they tried to stop lawsuits against the Banks.

They have NO conscience, NO ethics, NO morality. They were caught acting ILLEGALLY and our Congress rushed to protect them instead of arresting them.

This country has lost its soul.
