is an election thief and his own behavior on Fox definitely could be interpreted as someone who was certain of the results before they came in and couldn't accept, even as the numbers were changing behind him, that his 'expectations' had been completely foiled.

And the beauty of it is Rove cannot deny this happened without being asked to prove it.

If nothing else it is a fun way to highlight their efforts to steal elections and practically dare them to try to defend themselves.
