2. Too bad that people have to die before their governments act. But at least Spain still

has a conscience and is now going to do something to put lives over property.

Here many people have killed themselves but their deaths are barely mentioned and it certainly never prompted this government to consider putting a moratorium on foreclosures.

It is nice to see that humane reaction to a tragic loss of life.
