And they should be subject to an outside monitor, made up of Civilians. No one trusts law enforcement of any kind, since they all work together now, to conduct a fair investigation. Occupiers should hire their own private investigators. The city council might be able to do that but they definitely cannot trust the NYPD or the FBI all of whom work for Bloomberg. They are his army, and he works for Wall Street.
