I get the feeling it could somehow backfire eventually though, if used excessively on otherwise innocent people. As awful as things like prison rape are, a good segment of the population has an 'oh well, they deserved attitude', but those stinking freaky hippies/hipsters that the same people don't like, are also their sons and daughters. It'll get uglier for sure, lets just hope the press, and citizen media make it known.
