New SCOTUS ruling [View all]

...allowing for the strip search of people arrested for minor infractions such as trafffic violations, etc. Seems to me to be aimed squarely at Occupy just in time for spring, along with other anti 1st and 4th amendment rulings/legislation. Suprised this hasn't been discussed yet in this goup.
