2. So even in Japan, they do not expect someone who is not genetically Japanese to speak so well.

America and Brittan did force Japan and many other countries to accept English as the default language for trade.

US has policy to make people learn English to become citizen here.

So for someone who looks like him to be able to speak so well goes against decades of conditioning.

I think it is not a disrespect of him, but he and his family are a new trend that has not been expected at all.

Maybe he could get a T-Shirt that says in Japanese, "Proud to be 3rd Generation born in Japan."

Or "Ask me in Japanese. You will have happy surprise!"
