I feel badly for her, and others like her
One of the twins (girl) has a close friend who is partially deaf, so she often misses what people say and her speaking is not good
She's an outcast from much of the school, but she (our daughter) is devoted to her -- and she can bully back quite well.
The separation from the group, and crappy families, are the two key factors (IMO) for these problems
