However, I completely understand his motivations. I don't have much time now, but what I will say is Israel is damned if it does or does not. It is irrelevant. The bigots, especially the ones on the left when it comes to Israel, will have a field day with any action Israel commits or doesn't. Israel is in an awkward situation, which if I have more time, I will come back to expound upon, but I don't have the time now. Bigots are loving it. The real issue is sorting out the bigots (look for the lies, anti-Semitic rhetoric, and a new fave, the de-capitalization of the words "Jew" and "Jewish" ) from those who are just ignorant, to those with legitimate concerns, to those who are trying to make sense of this entire tragic set of events.

FTR, Israel is taking in quite a few refugees from Ukraine, Jewish and non-Jewish alike. They have also dispatched medical aid, including make-shift hospitals, and food.

Also, FTR, Jewish groups ALL OVER THE GODDAMNED WORLD are stepping up, but one hardly sees story after story about that; no, only what some Jews aren't doing, and that is meant to be the measure of ALL Jews!
