Almost all the progressive denominations, formerly "mainstream" denominations, support women's health care and reproductive choice: PCUSA, ELCA, UCC, and Episcopalians. The UMC doesn't, but it might after the recent departure of 1/4 of their conservative churches. For more information, see here: https://rcrc.org/
