There was a fish symbol on the piece of strawberry shortcake I picked up at Publix last evening. [View all]

No kidding. The small section had a layer of whipped creamy topping and on that in a line icing was a perfect fish. I couldn't find an emoji, but y'all know what I mean. No, it did not have the wording, ΙΧΘΥΣ, enclosed! This Old Testament girl always asks for signs! 😊

The Ichthys symbol is an image of a fish that is widely used as a symbol of Eastern Orthodox Christianity. The fish was an early symbol of Christianity. The Eastern Orthodox symbol will enclose the Greek acronym ΙΧΘΥΣ (Ichthys) representing Ίησοῦς Χριστός, Θεοῦ Υἱός, Σωτήρ (Jesus Christ, Son of God, Saviour). 'Iisous Hristos, Theou Yios, Soter.'
