Great news! The inflatable/foam donut (fer settin' on) will be your friend for some time to come (along with extra-strength ibuprofen).

Yeah, you do NOT want to have a broken tailbone. I broke mine giving birth to my son who came out with one of his arms over his head (he still sleeps like that, the little stinker). The crack sounded like a gunshot. Made my first few months as a new mother unbelievably challenging, lemme tell ya. Now, eight years later, if I sit on a hard chair or bench for too long, I end up in serious pain.
