There are opposing aspects as eclipse Jupiter and Uranus trine his natal MC and oppose (activate) his natal Mercury at the same time the Saturn/Neptune aspects are working.

I speculate that his political arena may benefit from the Jupiter/Uranus aspects while his health may need some attention (not divulged publicly).

Looking at the big picture between now and the election, at times there are going to be setbacks for the Biden camp but I think the charts for them (us) show a victory when the election is over.
