Alkalol! I love this stuff for sinus problems. http://www.alkalolcompany.com/alkalol/#.VAe6vhayobQ

If you are suffering from seasonal allergies, try a combination of treatments. Try eliminating dairy products as they produce mucous which will cause sinus inflammation. If you have serious allergy/sinusitus, you might need to take something like Zyrtec at night, then take Claritin in the morning. If you still have nasal congestion, try Nasacort once a day.

I have noticed that my sinuses will clear with my sleeping positions. If you sleep on your back or stomach, try sleeping on your side. Also, it helps if you elevate your head/shoulders. Very important to keep your neck/shoulders supported/aligned. Use 2 pillows--one firm (on the bottom) and a softer pillow on top.

Also, try to find a naturopathic practitioner to work with you to find out where your sensitivities might be. IMHO, this will give you the most help.
