Cancer and chart - is there anything in a person chart to indicate they will have cancer

The 4th house is the natural "Cancerian" chart in all charts. It is the house of "The end of matters"; often reflecting death

In my understanding, as Saturn travels through all 12 houses, there comes a time when the soul must empty, give up on the old
self and reflect. Then, Saturn crosses the ascendent. Approximately from that time Saturn spends approx. 6-8 rebuilding a new self.
If that new self isn't constructed with renewed faith, when Saturn gets to the 4th house it can bring death IN SOME MANNER.
