but there's the knowledge that it won't last forever, right? Heh. but I had a brainstorm today. I have made a good list of I Ams, of which (in the midst of feeling bad, etc.. I abandoned a little), well, in addition to(to address the sucky part):

I will try:

I AM so glad that I no longer have to worry about blah blah blah, or I AM so glad to see that things really turned around, and so forth...

this I will try....
