2. Something's been grating on my nerves for at least a week...

I have no patience, everything and everyone annoy me,
and most folks I have contact with feel the same way:
the phone won't stop ringing,
and it seems there is a three-ringed crisis circus going on in my life.
I've had a low-grade headache for days...
and I know, know my blood pressure is off the charts.

I tell myself it's NOT me.. but the effect is horrendous.
Trying to detach.. trying....

And this is going to continue...?
Good grief on a stick..
I feel like running away, but its probably no better elswhere.
