1. It's a battle the religious bigots are going to lose

The DC v. HELLER decision did not apply to states, but the precedent it created most certainly did eventually in all sorts of ways.

This decision only applies to workplace discrimination, but the precedent it creates will most certainly apply much more broadly. First will be the rest of Title VII including public accommodations. Tort law will almost certainly follow. Don't want to bake a cake for a gay wedding? Expect to get sued out of existence and any claims of "religious discrimination" for disallowing bigotry are going to be that much weaker.

In more progressive states you're going to see more laws created forbidding LGBTQ in all sorts of situations, thanks to this ruling and they won't stand a chance of being challenged thanks to this decision.

So the shitstain bigots who use religion as an excuse for their shitstainery are going to have a much harder go of it and like it or not they will be dragged into the next century kicking and screaming.
