1. If LGBTQ is a religion, isn't it entitled to the same First Amendment protections

as all other religions? Couldn't they form tax-exempt churches? Couldn't they claim that being LGBTQ is a sincerely-held religious belief and refuse to sell wedding cakes to Christians? And couldn't they object to Christians' attempts "to infiltrate public schools and public libraries with the intent to indoctrinate and proselytize minors to their religious worldview"?

That's some weapons-grade stupid happening in Kansas.
