all the supposed eye witness sightings can be explained with more prosaic answers.
There is also much counter evidence that no large unknown animal lives there (especially any surviving aquatic dinosaur).
Young age of the Loch. Number of animals needed for a continuing group over time, no physical evidence, etc...
So the great probability is no creature exists.

Or as believers would say it's 50/50.
