IIRC, there are two marinas which are reasonably close to Page, AZ. I just didn't see anywhere else where you could put a boat on the lake, but that doesn't mean there aren't such places. Rainbow arch is a pretty good sight, but it takes you a few hours to get there from the marinas by Page in a boat. Between the two there's all sorts of little coves and channels which are really cool to explore. It's not as if you have to know where they are as they are all over the lake, so you can just start exploring and you find them. I suspect you probably already have a GPS for your boat, but if not you might want to make sure you have one and perhaps even a backup. It's very easy to get lost on the lake and by the time you realize you can't get to where you want to go, you might have to backtrack 30 mins or more.
