I have been to a couple of nude beaches and it is genuinely peaceful and soothing to be on a beach in the warm sun in your "altogether" as one 70ish year old British woman called it. You quickly forget about your inhibitions and negative body image as most people are just people, not supermodels. My experience has been that the average age of nude beach goers is probably in the 40-50 range with many in their 60s and 70s. If you haven't done it, you should give it a try.

It is not sexual or shouldn't be. Anyone ogling or acting pervy gets spotted and kicked out pretty quick.
