set them up for failure. If you are afraid they might win a few throw him a bone to lose. After you have secured the #1 picks you covet, fire him because he has a losing record. Now you've accomplished two things hired a black coach as the league says it wants you too. Second obtain the draft picks you wanted for losing. Wash rinse repeat.
