It has been four games since this thread. Things aren't exactly looking rosy for the navy blue and gold but they are looking much, much better than after two games. The running game just got over 200 yards in a game (admittedly against the Saints), and won the last two games. Caleb Williams still does not look like a quarterback who can win games for them, but he is looking like a quarterback who won't lose games for them. The defense, healthier now, looks a lot better. The Bears are taking the ball away more than any other team in the NFL. They limited the Saints to 44 yards on the ground and picked up four sacks. Combine those with the four turnovers and you have reason to be impressed, not depressed.

They are not world-beaters just yet. The 4-2 Bears are a 6.5 point underdog to their next opponent, the 1-5 Ravens, which tells us the oddsmakers don't believe in them. Still, one can sense a new attitude from these Bears. Ben Johnson's enthusiasm is infectious. They're fun to watch right now. There's a pretty good chance they will win three of their next five and maybe better.

So keep hope alive, and go Bears.
