That's how my buddy's kit car is registered.. It's "technically" a "limited edition"
1968 Ford Mustang. Or it could be registered as a "golf cart".
My town allows golf cart to cruz around the neighborhood but not on the highway..
There are ways if you really Really REALLY want one..
Me? meh..no thanks too much like work. I'll ride my electric bike...
Not zoom zoom. More like whir whir hummmmmm.
