1. I've Been Meaning To Ask About Car Headlights For A Long Time Now.....

It seems the headlights on newer cars are too bright and blinding - and that's at their normal luminescence. When a driver switches to 'brights' - and they are coming at you - you have to look the other way and after they pass - you get the image of the lights in your eyes - like if someone just took a flash camera picture of you.

In my mind they are dangerous cause they make you look the other way and take your eyes off the road.

I'm happy to see that the new infrastructure bill - will address this problem.
