Yes! If it's not one thing....it's so hard to figure out what is causing which particular collection of things at a given time. I always say it's like an old car--fix the tires, then the brakes go--but at least with a car you can tell which part needs attention at which time (usually). And if you're fatigued, you can't do the things you need to do to keep things running right, like exercise. Exercise! HAHAHA!
