What country is going to allow them? South Korea, er no. Australia, said no already. Japan, maybe Abe would go for this but it would cause a lot of domestic opposition particularly when it's announced where they would be placed.

I doubt is any ASEAN country would take them. China is the largest trading partner for most of these countries.

It's really alarming that he is so out of touch with political reality.
