One has to wonder what standing AI will have before rule of law. Will AI be granted fictional personhood standing like corporations? Because if/when it causes loss, harm and damage to humans, who knows how that will be dealt with by law. Will investors suffer penalties? It will be a whole new area of law enforcement, probably. But who knows. Maybe even legal AI will determine the penalties of other AI.
