... of course they could be lying, but the troopers said have had exactly one incident in over 20 years of a parking lot sale and it was a guy that didn't want to wait the 24 hours for the Marlin Model 60 he'd bought.

Both seller and buyers were arrested in the parking lot, cuffed and hauled away.

Maybe people in Illinois are just more law abiding than the criminals in Oklahoma or sneakier?
