7. What NRA talking points...?

Looks to me like the article is pretty straightforward with the facts of the case -- surely you're not trying to say that facts you don't happen to like should be called "NRA talking points." That would just be silly, kind of like deceptively editing a "documentary" to make people that one doesn't agree with look bad.

Well, other words than "silly" could apply to such tactics, but I'm trying to be generous...
