Interesting how poster throws the term 'pseudo-legal' as part of their parting shot and yet I'd say a significant number of frontier sheriffs actions could correctly be described as pseudo-legal. How about, What's the difference between banning a felon from voting and banning a person of color or female from voting? Huge difference as you get into the details and actual non-Reagan type simplistic solutions with no real world relevance and that only work if you ignore the Constitution as part of a pseudo-legal move.
