It took me a few seconds to realize that it is meant as a joke.
The poor attempt at satire even caught a few Youtube commenters.

A "bullet button" is a device used to limit how you remove the magazine from the gun for reloading. It has nothing to do with making the gun full-auto and nothing to do with how fast the gun can fire.
