Penn Central owned Grand Central Station (1913).

----------------------

As part of these changes in ownership, property of Penn Central cannot be privately owned. So if you have memorabilia from the railroad, be it a dish, a tag, a wheel, if it's stamped Penn Central or one of the preceding railroads that PC bought over the years, it's government property and illegal to sell. But can't find a link on how you can give it back to the government. And all this despite the fact that PC has been sold off again and is now in private hands again. Not sure if Amtrak plays into any of this. At least that's how I understand it.
