This guy is a 100%+ improvement over that callous female I'd seen, before. This first visit was about the best I've ever experienced. Now I have a 3 person health care support team that I feel comfortable with AND actually trust. All 3 listen to me and, unlike that 'other one' I leave the appointment feeling optimistic instead of hopeless and more anxious than when I walked through the doorway.

My emotional state is about the best it's been in decades.
