at the link you provided and if it wasn't for fear of kneading, I would try it. Good pics, showing exactly how to do it.

I don't do yeast bread, either. I'm afraid of too much work. If I did it with my mixer, I'd be afraid I'd never get the dough hooks clean.

So, you see, I am very lazy.

Having it with cherry jalopeno BBQ sauce sounds ever so good. Too bad about the roll, though.
