For the "grain intolerant" stomach at my table; zucchini noodles in garlicAlfredo sauce w/fresh grated Grana Padano, jumbo shrimp in fresh garlic, oregano and fresh tomato, roasted pork rib, green onion with a hint of habanero-honey bbq sauce .
For my own stomach, all the above but substitute a homemade fettuccine for the zucchini noodles. I tried my Alfredo sauce yesterday and it is beyond my talent. So glad.
