Marinade:
Olive oil, sesame oil
Low sodium soy sauce
Maple syrup
Dijon mustard
Miso
Zest and juice of a lemon
Grated ginger
Grated garlic
Dried oregano, sage, thyme
Black pepper

With:
Thai mango slaw
Grilled asparagus, eggplant, zucchini
Smashed avocados
Corn “street taco” tortillas

Perhaps even an Aperol spritz beforehand?

It’s raining here in the Catskills, so this’ll be porch-grilling.
