What's for Dinner, Memorial Day, Mon., May 27, 2024 [View all]

Swordfish steak, pan-seared. Cast iron pan. Fresh lemon. I'll have some herbs like rosemary and parsley chopped and in olive oil/garlic to dip each bite in if I want.

Made the salad last night: lotta' work. It's a variation on the Gem Salad with Lemon Cream and Hazelnuts.

Cherry kombucha.

Small square of tres leches cake and dark Chinese tea for dessert.
