What's for Dinner, Tues., April 30, 2024 [View all]

Found this recipe in my Voraciously newsletter from Washington Post.

Chili Oil Noodles With Steamed Bok Choy

Besides baby bok choy, it has scallion, a red chile, garlic, sesame oil and thick udon noodles. I think I'm adding some large shrimp.

Cherry tomato, scallion, and cucumber salad with vinaigrette. The herb garden is doing so well and it's such fun to make vinaigrettes with all the herbs.

Ginger kombucha.
