Red and yellow peppers and Buffalo mozzarella on Tandoori naan bread. I lightly toast the naan bread in the air fryer.
Roasted these in a 450 oven; heated the pan up first and got a nice golden toast on them:
Lotsa' garlic!
Decaf coffee.
