broccoli, carrots and peas mixed together with the rice and flavored with salt and pepper and a very small spritz of hearty Italian dressing. Then a slice or two of German pound cake made dark with molasses, walnuts, raisins, prunes, dried apricot and orange peel. Nice and moist.
