What will be your weekend dinner? [View all]
I am doing a Sunday roasted chicken.... I place a paste of duck fat with minced garlic, salt, lemon zest, herbs of provence under the chicken skin and completely as possible and then also on-top of chicken...I stuff the chicken with fresh poultry herbs of thyme, rosemary and sage, sweet onion quarters and lemon quarters...then roast away...serve with fingerling potatoes and fresh carrots.
Many folks maybe focusing on Football game food and or slow cooked soups/stews....If so, share your plans.
