find in it. I made a light balsamic dressing. It was really good. I am too full for dessert. Besides I am still working off the Christmas / New Year's eating debacle! I can't exercise for a couple more days as I went back into AFIB in the early morning on Sunday. On Monday, I went to the ER and had an Electrical cardioversion...IE paddles that shocked my heart back into sinus rythem. I feel great now.I had a tough fall and Christmas...my sister-in-law died of Covid in the nursing home in early November, both hubs and I caught COVID-19 and missed Thanksgiving...much stress. And then on New Year's Eve (we celebrated Christmas with my out of town son and family), our three adult kids got into an argument and just started speaking again...I hope for better things next year! Hope everyone here is well and happy.
