4. A clean out a cupboard shelf soup.

I sauted onion, garlic, bell pepper, celery, carrots in olive oil. Pulled out the veggies, then wiped the pot, put fresh oil in & roasted my own "Mexican spice mix ( today oregano, cumin, sage, Adobe chili powder). Put the veggies back in, added 2 cans of pinto beans, can of crushed tomatoes and enough chicken stock till I got a stew-soup mix I liked.
Jalapeño cornbread muffins & hot decafe tea.
