Sometimes we make our sous-vide pork char siu, and pair that up with some steamed dim sum we get frozen from a local store that makes them in-house. Soup dumplings, shumai, har gow, etc... plus some homemade spring rolls, and maybe some potstickers. Make a big Chinese food feast!
