I love fatty things. have to watch more for overall calories than digestive issues. everyone is different but my experience was the only thing different in my life after surgery was no more gall bladder attacks.

lower fat recipes are everywhere. sub broth for saute, just use less fat when cooking, and some baking you can use applesauce, but see how it goes after a few months healing up. you might not have to change anything.
