Sounds like a good idea, though. I have taken to eating more bacon since I got a countertop convection oven with trays. It's the least messy most convenient way to cook up a whole package all at once in less than 30 minutes.
I don't have an instant pot and I don't eat them often. I snagged it from the place where I was cooking yesterday thinking it would be part of breakfast today. One that takes very little prep!
