3. Hard to get around it: Mango looks slimy!

Just the nature of the beast. Some people really don't enjoy the texture, but in recipes like this, it's really good. The texture of the mango goes fine with the dressing and everything. Ours was actually a little crunchy because it wasn't super duper ripe.
