4. I have little trouble finding recipes on Google.

I do it quite frequently. I often look for low-fat, relatively-low-calorie alternatives to traditionally high-fat dishes, like baked ziti or fettuccine alfredo. I use an ad-blocker so that problem is automatically solved.

I did a search and the first link was a recipe that seems to fit what you were looking for, followed by several other alternatives.

That being said, family recipes are often a better alternative anyway.
